BENEFITS OF SWIMMING
 

Benefits of swimming and reducing the impact on your joints as a runner. When you think of being a runner, and having goals to hit certain speeds and distances, it is very easy to overlook the need to cross-train and diversify the movements your body does during movements that occur during a run session. For example, running is a whole-body movement, but it predominantly relies on the strength of your legs. Swimming sessions can be programmed to target these muscles and allow for your running routine to be maintainable and reduce the impact on your joints meaning you are training for longevity. the week.
